Background: Gastrointestinal stromal tumours (GISTs) are uncommon sarcomas. Surgery and target therapy the primary modalities in treating GIST. KIT expression is cornerstone diagnosis of GIST, yet its absent a small percent GISTs. The precise behaviour treatment effects, particularly therapy, prognosis these cases unclear; hence this study was designed to investigate them.
